Grief can take many shapes - sadness, anger, confusion or even numbness. It isn’t just about losing a loved one; it can also mean losing your childhood, independence, health, culture, identity or even your beloved pet. My role is to walk alongside you in these moments, so you don’t have to carry it all alone.
I’m a UKCP accredited psychotherapist with extensive bereavement counselling experience. I specialise in grief and trauma, drawing on neuroscience, neurobiology and a person centred approach to help you understand not only what happened, but how your grief lives in your body, mind and present relationships.
Our sessions are gentle, collaborative and tailored to you. Some days you may want to talk; other days you may simply need space to sit with your feelings. Either way, I offer a safe, compassionate environment where your grief is honoured, your voice matters and your healing becomes possible.
My qualifications and training include:
Master of Science (MSc) in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Applications
Bachelors of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Chemistry with Biomedical Sciences (achieved 2.1)
Currently at The Open University studying a Doctorate in Health and Social Care
