Mental Health Support
As a trauma-informed mental health coach, I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals with complex grief. What began in 2016 as a desire to help bereaved people led to an understanding of how grief connects to trauma, mental health, and neurodivergence. I offer long-term coaching and mentoring relationships, typically from 6-24 months.

After witnessing how well-meaning but hurtful comments affected my friend years after her son's death, I decided to train in grief recovery.
Through this, I learned that bereavement is not the only loss - my childhood was full of losses, and there are over 40 different types of loss we can experience.
Being diagnosed as autistic and with ADHD in my fifties helped me understand the specific losses that come with being an undiagnosed neurodivergent woman.
Combining four years as a mental health support worker with my experience as an autistic person who has lived through childhood trauma, dealing with chronic pain, ME/CFS, and long Covid has shown me how grief touches every aspect of our lives.
Each client's path to healing is unique, which is why I create structured yet adaptable programmes.
From private coaching to Access to Work support and corporate training, my clients develop the tools for lasting positive change.
