Coaching After Loss
Hello, I’m Suzanne and founder of Coaching After Loss, which I established after losing my 17-year-old son Samuel to suicide in 2020.
When the rug was literally pulled from under me, it made me reconsider my whole life picture.
I can help you with:
Bereavement
Physical responses to grief
Finding purpose after loss
Future direction
I sought counselling with good effect but I recognised that I wanted to make changes, take back control and shape a new life.
After over 30 years in the NHS, firstly as a nurse and then in development roles, I wanted to combine my passion for caring and my coaching experience to support others following loss.
I provide one-to-one coaching support to help bereaved people regain purpose, meaning and focus after loss. I understand the enormity of grief and the huge impact physically, emotionally and psychologically.
I provide a calm and supportive environment for you to work through your challenges, explore options and find your own solutions. Coaching helps you to find a future focus and together we can achieve:
Improved clarity of thinking
Direction for your future
Restoring your confidence, identity and self esteem
Improved wellbeing, and instill a sense of hope.
You can contact me from my website, on Instagram, on Twitter or on LinkedIn.
