I can help you with:

  • Trauma

  • Miscarriage

  • Child loss

  • Professionals, e.g. in education, to help children deal with loss

Sharing my story of loss and grief took many years. There was nothing more tragic than losing a baby for me, more so losing many babies. This led me to want to help others.

If your heart is broken, and you feel lost or stuck, I can help you get unstuck, which will help you make your first steps to recovery. I will do this using the Grief Recovery Method. This is a 7-step programme that gets you from ‘discovery’ to ‘recovery.’

I will get you on a step-by-step process, where you will learn how to let go of the “would haves, could haves, should haves, if onlys, why mes…..” The list is endless that holds you in that rutt of regret. Imagine the hamster wheel of all those words going around in your head and never allowing you the space to exit to your healing and a life ahead.

You may have heard these words more often than you can remember, “Let go” and “Move on.” Yet after those words have been said, there is no formula on how to let go or even a direction on where to move on to.

The Grief Recovery Method will give you an opportunity to walk through the pain on a weekly basis, following the steps week by week that give you the opportunity to unpick, deal with and heal from your broken heart. The programme will also give you the tools to be better able to handle any future losses.

I’m based in London and I’m available for Grief Recovery and Helping Children with Loss sessions online via Zoom, and face-to-face.
