I can help you with:

  • End-of-life support for a parent

  • Parent loss and bereavement

  • Anticipatory grief (grieving before loss)

  • Shock grief and sudden loss

  • Navigating the different stages of grief

  • Practical tools to manage and cope with your loss

  • Finding ways to rediscover peace, hope, and joy

Many women juggle work, home life, and children while also trying to navigate the grief of losing their major anchors in life—their parents. Losing your primary caregivers can leave a profound, painful void, and it often feels incredibly lonely. Grief can also affect relationships at home, impacting communication with partners and loved ones.

Our consultations are online, making it easier for women who might only have time during lunch breaks or in the evenings to access vital support. While you manage everything on your plate, I am here to listen, offer support, and tools to help you through the toughest days. My passion is also helping those find new passions through their grief journey whether that's in exercise, in creativity, exercise or even food.

My Story

Over 10 years ago, at the age of 30, I lost my father to a brief but aggressive cancer. He was given three months, yet fought for six, giving us precious time together. His passing brought up old wounds from my parents’ divorce and made navigating everyday life incredibly challenging.

That same year, my long-term relationship ended - I lost my father, my partner, and our home, all while trying to manage a new company I had just set up. To say it was hard to get back to ‘normal’ life would be an understatement.

These experiences are why I am so passionate about helping women with busy lives to navigate their grief. Grief never truly disappears, but with the right support and a listening ear tailored to you, joy can return in magical ways—while always holding space for the love and memory of those we have lost.

My qualifications and training include:

  • Grief Educator Certificate
