Hi, I'm Carolyn. I am a very experienced and well qualified Clinical Nurse Specialist, both in Sexual Health and Trauma. Having spent my career supporting patients through significant losses and my own personal experience of loss, I was drawn to The Grief Recovery Method.
Having delivered and experienced counselling, I continued to witness and experience unresolved emotions, so wanted to seek a more pro-active method, which could help and equip us to resolve some of those overwhelming emotions associated with loss.
Therefore, with additonal advanced training as a Grief recovery Specialist I am able to offer an evidenced based method, which guides you through a series of small steps to help you recover from loss.
